Monitoring & Rebooting

Administering a server can be a tough task. You either have to do the work yourself and spend a lot of your precious time to watching over your VPS server, or else you have to set up a 3rd–party solution whose only mission will be to watch over your server. And that is precisely where our Optional Admin Services package will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your VPS will be entered in our custom–developed server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the critical services. And in the event of a service failure, our skilled server administrators will be warned immediately and they will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is highly recommended – one never knows when something can go wrong. And using the Optional Admin Services solution, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you needing to install and configure anything. Furthermore all the backups will be held on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. It means that your content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost infinite number of options, you will often have to install additional software applications. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which enables you to call for any of our practiced server administrators to install and set up any software program and to take care of any trouble you may have with the virtual server.

Our Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
