Our client support staff will be online for you 24–7–365 should you require assistance working with the Control Panel or with any of the applications that we install for your convenience on the dedicated server. And if you need assistance with the routine admin tasks on your server, you can take a glimpse at our Optional Admin Services package, that includes data backup hard disk storage space, weekly Operating System updates, installation and problem troubleshooting services, server monitoring and rebooting procedures, etcetera.
An Easy–to–Navigate Help Section
Our Control Panel is installed by default for each dedicated server. Among its functions is a rather handy integrated knowledgebase that will guide you step by step on all the tasks that you can carry out. The majority of educational articles in addition video versions which show all the actions that you can carry out in a highly illustrative way. You will find the how–to articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each section of the Control Panel.
